Castello e 5 gîtes. Situato in un parco monumentale di 4 ettari nel villaggio di Saint Agnan. Piscina per adulti (12x6) e piscina (6x4) riscaldate, giardino per bambini, passeggiate su pony, calcio balilla, ping pong, giocattoli, casa sull'albero, giardino di erbe aromatiche.
La superficie abitabile del gîte 4 è di 120 m2 per 8/10 persone. Si trova in un'antica casa colonica a forma di U ristrutturata. Gli interni sono stati restaurati con gusto e sono stati attrezzati e arredati con particolare attenzione al comfort. Le camere da letto hanno letti comodi e moderni. Nello stesso edificio troverete una sala ricreativa e un locale con 2 lavatrici e 2 asciugatrici. All'esterno troverete una terrazza privata con mobili da giardino, ombrellone, lettini e barbecue.
