Dopo la distruzione del villaggio durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale, la chiesa è stata ricostruita nel 1961 in uno stile molto contemporaneo e originale, con un tetto a terrazza. Il campanile è staccato dalla chiesa e ha una forma molto moderna. L'artista svizzero Jean Weinbaum ha creato una vetrata con gli Ateliers Loire, realizzata in vetro antico e piombo, completamente dipinta e cotta.
