Le Petit Trianon, alloggio per 2 persone ai margini di uno stagno di 13 ettari. È come Versailles nella campagna della Creuse. La casa è stata costruita all'inizio del XX secolo, ispirandosi al mulino del borgo della regina a Versailles. Maria Antonietta avrebbe amato trascorrere le sue vacanze a Creuse, lontano dalla capitale e dallo stress urbano.
Non troppo grande ma molto ben arredato. Piano terra: 22 m²:
- cucina completamente attrezzata che si apre sul soggiorno con TV e stufa a legna. Bagno con doccia e WC.
Al livello del giardino, una camera da letto di 21 m² (letto 180*200 / o 2 letti 90*200) si apre su una magnifica terrazza in legno coperta e non chiusa, dotata di un salotto con vista mozzafiato sul laghetto.
Piccolo soppalco sopra il salotto, un'area molto luminosa per la lettura o la musica, arredata con grandi cuscini sul pavimento.
Terrazza al piano terra.
Terreno non recintato.
Parcheggio privato.
