A Moulin-Neuf, L'École des Gourmands racconta una storia meravigliosa: quella di un'antica scuola di paese, che ha visto passare generazioni di bambini per più di cento anni prima di trovare una nuova vita. Quando le aule sono state svuotate, Chrystelle e Axel hanno deciso di dare nuova vita all'edificio in pietra trasformandolo in un affascinante e accogliente ristorante di paese.
Quando il tempo lo consente, si può mangiare all'aria aperta sotto il cortile, rievocando i ricordi dell'infanzia in un'atmosfera nostalgica e gioiosa.
In cucina, lo spirito è quello di un ristorante tradizionale a conduzione familiare.
