Questa grande casa colonica indipendente può ospitare da 7 a 12 persone (5 camere da letto) ed è appositamente progettata per le attività all'aperto.
Il gîte è ideale per famiglie o gruppi di amici, situato ai piedi dei sentieri escursionistici.
Uso gratuito del laghetto privato di 3 ettari della proprietà e di piccoli fiumi di trote (a 1 km di distanza). Pesca no-kill obbligatoria, con una grande popolazione di carpe (da 12 a 20 kg), lucci, persici e lasche
