Già merceria all'inizio del XX secolo, fu trasformata in tipografia dal 1935 al 1980. Oggi è stato ristrutturato nel rispetto della storia del luogo ed è diventato un laboratorio-galleria d'arte associativa. Nel corso dell'anno vengono presentate al pubblico varie mostre che invitano all'arte in tutte le sue forme.
La galleria Gajac non è solo una galleria espositiva. Christine MOURGUES, proprietaria e pittrice, ne ha fatto il suo studio. Venendo a trovarla, potrete coglierla al lavoro. Potrete scoprire il metodo di lavoro di questo rinomato artista, la tecnica degli antichi maestri del Rinascimento italiano. Naturalmente potete farle domande, è a vostra disposizione.
