Il Marché du Lez, un ex terreno industriale dismesso di 7500 m², è stato trasformato in diversi spazi abitativi: La Place du marché, Le Jardin du Lez, Les Halles du Lez e Le RoofTop du Lez, situato sulle rive del Lez a Montpellier. Il risultato è un villaggio nella città, dove immaginazione e creatività si fondono per dare vita a un insieme di iniziative creative e artistiche che incoraggiano un nuovo stile di vita: eco-responsabile, locale e innovativo.
