Nel cuore del villaggio di Beynac, a 200 m dai negozi, la "Maison de Pierre", risalente al XVI secolo, è l'unica residenza di Beynac con un tetto interamente ricoperto di "lauzes".
È una casa indipendente di carattere (muri in pietra a vista, travi originali) con una superficie di 100 m².
È stata completamente ristrutturata.
Dispone di un'ampia terrazza e di un giardino panoramico di 300 m² con vista ininterrotta sulla Dordogna.
Il soggiorno (salotto-cucina) ha accesso diretto al giardino.
Dispone di 2 camere matrimoniali, di cui una con letto a baldacchino del XVIII secolo.
Il bagno è dotato di cabina doccia. È presente una toilette separata.
