LES GOURMANDINES D'AMANDINE, nel cuore della Grande Bayonne, è una colorata sala da tè dove si possono gustare dolci fatti in casa dai sapori semplici e diretti.
Questo nuovo locale con tetto in vetro, dove i pasticceri sono impegnati sullo sfondo, ha un'enorme terrazza ai piedi della cattedrale!
L'atmosfera della sala è moderna e accogliente al tempo stesso, ma è soprattutto il dolce a farla da padrone, con la sua grande vetrina che espone dolci che seguono le stagioni, come la crostata di pere, ma anche grandi classici come il Paris Brest, la Millefoglie e anche, per restare nella tradizione locale, la famosa torta basca.
Se la mattina potete sedervi qui per gustare caffè e pasticcini, è disponibile anche un menu per il pranzo, ma si consiglia vivamente di arrivare presto
