Pierre de Saint-Riquier lavora in pietra, argilla, legno, metallo e vetro. Il suo capolavoro è un mosaico pavimentale in marmo di 80 m², un'opera ambiziosa che gli è valsa la medaglia d'oro al Grand Salon Internationale (Académie de Lutèce, Parigi) nel 2006. Attualmente sta lavorando alla sua ultima creazione: riciclare le vecchie botti della Cave de Branceilles per trasformarle in originali tavolini da caffè: il piano, su uno sfondo di ciottoli segati e levigati della Corrèze, presenta una rappresentazione in vetro fuso di un dipinto della Vacca Rossa di Lascaux o di una veduta di Notre Dame de Paris. Un set di LED multicolore dà vita al vassoio.
