Ô Trois Oliviers è un'accogliente casa che un tempo era il fienile della fattoria vicina. Alcuni anni fa è stata sottoposta a un'importante ristrutturazione di alto livello e gli attuali proprietari (Graeme e Alison) continuano ad accrescerne il fascino. Nel giardino ci sono tre ulivi piantati dai proprietari originari, Michel e Jocelyne, e abbiamo dato a ciascuna delle camere il nome di una nota varietà di ulivo francese. Graeme e Alison hanno viaggiato molto per lavoro e la loro esperienza in hotel e B&B ha costituito la base per la ristrutturazione delle tre camere. Tutte le camere sono dotate di bagno con doccia e sono ben arredate, con punti di ricarica per i numerosi apparecchi elettrici che tutti noi portiamo con noi al giorno d'oggi. Le lampade da comodino hanno persino una presa USB. In loco è presente anche una presa di corrente.
