Abbazia benedettina fondata nel 1034. Con oltre mille anni di storia, questa Abbazia-Collegio è rinomata come uno dei primi centri storici di educazione, formazione e studio in Francia. Dal 2019, l'Abbazia del villaggio ospita il Lycée Catholique de Pontlevoy, tornando così alla sua essenza originaria, una scuola nella nostra campagna, in un ambiente ricco di valori e di storia, inciso nella pietra della valle dello Cher. Giardino alla francese, parco della scuola e orto della scuola.
