Situata in uno dei luoghi in cui si svolsero i terribili combattimenti del 1918, la necropoli contiene i corpi di 1.312 soldati francesi caduti durante i combattimenti a Vouziers nel 1918, 259 dei quali sono sepolti in due ossari. Creata alla fine dei combattimenti, questa necropoli fu allestita fino al 1935 per raggruppare i corpi esumati da tombe isolate o da cimiteri militari provvisori situati a sud di Vouziers. Tra i soldati francesi si trovano i resti di 6 soldati russi. Le famiglie in lutto hanno eretto all'interno di questa necropoli un obelisco in pietra dedicato ai soldati delle unità impegnate nel 1918. Questo luogo di memoria si trova accanto a un cimitero tedesco dove riposano 3088 soldati.
