Nei Pirenei, ai piedi del Pic d'Orhy, l'hotel-ristorante Etchemaïté di Larrau vi accoglie nella verde cornice delle montagne di Soulet.
La storia dell'Etchemaïté inizia circa 40 anni fa, quando il bistrot serviva già omelette e zuppe. Oggi l'hotel dispone di 17 camere accoglienti e recentemente rinnovate (tra cui una camera PRM al piano terra, per un soggiorno tranquillo. Le zone giorno sono state progettate per combinare l'intimità della colazione con il piacere del pranzo e della cena in una sala accogliente con grandi finestre panoramiche sulle montagne. Ximun e il suo partner saranno lieti di farvi scoprire questo paese ospitale con la loro esperienza gastronomica.
