In de Pyreneeën, aan de voet van de Pic d'Orhy, heet hotel-restaurant Etchemaïté in Larrau u welkom in de groene omgeving van de Baskische provincie Soule. Pierre en Cathy helpen u graag deze gastvrije streek te ontdekken dankzij hun gastronomische expertise.
De geschiedenis van Etchemaïté begon zo'n 40 jaar geleden, toen de bistro al omeletten en soepen serveerde. Vandaag de dag heeft het hotel 17 gezellige, onlangs gerenoveerde kamers (waaronder een PRM-kamer op de begane grond). De woonkamers zijn ontworpen om de intimiteit van het ontbijt te combineren met het plezier van lunch en diner in een gezellige ruimte met grote ramen
