Affacciato sulla città di Chauvigny, lo Château des Évêques e le sue mura ricche di storia offrono un ambiente eccezionale per la pratica della falconeria, un'arte ancestrale. Aquile, falchi, gufi e molti altri rapaci vi stupiranno con la loro abilità aerea. Il grazioso balletto delle cicogne, i colori sontuosi dei pappagalli, ma anche altri uccelli atipici completano questo spettacolo su larga scala.
Il castello e le voliere possono essere visitati prima o dopo lo spettacolo, con pannelli didattici e giochi in legno per grandi e piccini.
