È un caffè/ristorante rurale e cosmopolita dove si incontrano insegnanti, contadini, manager, operai, senzatetto e molti altri... tutti sotto l'occhio vigile di Capozzo, il nostro angelo custode, uno dei primi musicisti a venire a suonare al Boulevard café. È un luogo di incontro e di scambio di idee, un luogo di conflitto politico.
Siamo molto legati alla regione, alle persone, all'economia locale e circolare, e vi accogliamo così come siete. È uno spazio per il possibile. Il Café du Boulevard offre ristoranti, spettacoli, mostre, catering, un orto biologico, computer e, da 15 anni, una brasserie tradizionale.
