Situata in un edificio tutelato nel quartiere Saint Esprit di Bayonne, la galleria Artsenal è un collettivo di artisti e artigiani d'arte, strutturato come associazione, che ospita mensilmente una mostra tematica con artisti locali, alternata a mostre individuali.
L'Artsenal è anche un gruppo di laboratori che apre le porte a bambini e adulti per corsi di pittura, arti plastiche, modellazione, mosaico e fotografia.
I laboratori sono aperti tutto l'anno, anche durante le vacanze scolastiche, con corsi occasionali o workshop regolari
