Nel cuore del Quercy Blanc, vicino a Tournon d'Agenais e al Lot, nei pressi del villaggio di Thézac, antico fienile in pietra con travi a vista (casa dei proprietari in loco) su un terreno non recintato di 10.000 m². Il gîte comprende al piano terra: un ampio soggiorno con cucina attrezzata, un salotto (divano letto), un bagno con doccia (grande doccia italiana) e servizi igienici. Al primo piano, sul soppalco, una camera matrimoniale (letto 140). Lenzuola e biancheria per la casa fornite. Lavanderia nella dependance (lavatrice e asciugatrice) in comune con i proprietari. Ideale per passeggiate: escursioni (sentiero di St Jacques de Compostelle, leggenda del vino dello Zar, costa del Quercy), bastides (Tournon d'Agenais), castello di Bonaguil, voragine di Padirac, passeggiate sul Lot. Posizione geografica: 60 km da Cahors e 40 km da Agen, 10 km da Fumel e servizi.
