Spuntini fatti in casa
In un contesto bucolico, sul sito della vecchia stazione ferroviaria di Saint-Pardoux, l'attività di food-truck è ripartita lo scorso settembre. Sandro, cuoco e ristoratore, lavora principalmente con prodotti freschi e locali. Per accompagnare le patatine fritte, l'hamburger con parthenaise e pane del fornaio, l'hamburger vegetariano, la spalla di maiale con carne sminuzzata, le crocchette di pollo fatte in casa per i bambini e il tradizionale fish & chips (a base di pesce fresco). Fate viaggiare le vostre papille gustative con gli Arancini, una specialità siciliana: un fagottino di riso, carne macinata e verdure fritte, il tiramisù. Sono inoltre disponibili birre, vini, bibite, caffè e tè.
