La casa indipendente, costruita nel 2024, è esposta a sud, su una piccola strada poco trafficata, su un unico livello, con un'ampia terrazza (vista ininterrotta sulla cima del Mont d'Or).
Sistemazione:
Cucina con sala da pranzo, soggiorno, riscaldamento (radiatori elettrici, stufa a pellet). Due camere da letto (biancheria nuova 160x190 e 140x190). Nel soggiorno è disponibile un divano BZ 90x190. Bagno, wc separato.
Parcheggio privato gratuito davanti alla casa, garage opzionale disponibile su richiesta.
Numerose attività all'aperto nelle vicinanze: sci alpino e di fondo, slittino estivo e invernale, escursioni, ciclismo, ...
