La casa Mottua si trova su una piccola collina che domina la valle del Gave le Saison, nel cuore della provincia basca di Soule, ai piedi della montagna.
Al piano terra: cucina attrezzata (microonde) con soggiorno (TV). Bagno con doccia (lavatrice). Toilette separata. Al piano superiore: 2 camere da letto (1 con letto matrimoniale; 1 con 2 letti singoli che possono essere uniti per formare un letto matrimoniale). Esterno: parcheggio, terrazza coperta, cortile, ampio giardino. Mobili da giardino, barbecue. Garage riservato al proprietario.
Bella vista sulle montagne circostanti. Numerosi sentieri escursionistici a partire dal gîte. Negozi e servizi a 5 km. Alloggio situato a metà strada tra Tardets (6 km) e Mauléon (5 km). Letti fatti all'arrivo. Casa indipendente, situata vicino alla casa dei proprietari.
Il Wifi dei proprietari può essere utilizzato nel cortile del gîte.
