Azienda di salatura artigianale situata a pochi passi dalla chiesa di St Girons a Monein. Specializzata in ricette della regione del Béarn, ha sviluppato un'ampia gamma di conserve dal sapore locale, con i simpatici nomi di "ricette di Padre Putinkon" o "ricette di Madame Connasse". Combinando ricette ancestrali e tecniche moderne, amerete le specialità a base di maiale e anatra, come: rillons à quinze, terrine béarnaises, al peperoncino di Monein, al Jurançon? Alcune ricette prevedono il famoso peperoncino di Monein, piantato su 5000 m2 di collina; viene essiccato ma non affumicato, e si può trovare anche in polvere, gelatina o senape.
