Ambachtelijk zoutziederij op een steenworp afstand van de kerk Saint-Girons in Monein. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in recepten uit de streek van Béarn en heeft een breed assortiment conserven met een lokaal tintje ontwikkeld, onder de vriendelijke namen "Recepten van vader Putinkon" of "Recepten van mevrouw Connasse". Door de combinatie van voorouderlijke recepten en moderne technieken zult u genieten van de specialiteiten op basis van varkensvlees en eend, zoals: rillons à quinze, terrines béarnaises, met peper uit Monein, met Jurançon? Sommige recepten bevatten de beroemde Monein peper, geplant op 5000 m2 heuvel; hij wordt gedroogd maar niet gerookt, en is ook te vinden in poeder, gelei of mosterd.
