Das Unternehmen ist auf Rezepte aus dem Béarn spezialisiert und hat unter den sympathischen Namen "Rezepte von Vater Putinkon" oder "Rezepte von Madame Connasse" eine breite Palette von Konserven mit lokalem Akzent entwickelt. Durch die Verbindung von althergebrachten Rezepten und modernen Techniken werden Sie mit Spezialitäten aus Schweine- und Entenfleisch verwöhnt, wie z. B.: Rillons à quinze, Terrinen aus dem Béarn, mit Piment de Monein, mit Jurançon? Einige Rezepte werden mit dem berühmten Piment de Monein verfeinert, der auf 5000 m2 an den Hängen gepflanzt wird.
