Scoprite le case di ghiaccio! La Grande glacière del Castello di Chantilly, monumento storico dal 1988, si trova ai margini della foresta, di fronte all'ingresso del Castello, sul Carrefour des Lions. Ha un diametro di 9,25 m e una profondità di 11 m, con una capacità di 600 tonnellate di ghiaccio. Era una delle quattro ghiacciaie del Castello di Chantilly! È possibile visitarla con una visita guidata secondo il calendario. La ghiacciaia media e la ghiacciaia piccola: si trovano ancora nel parco del castello, ma non sono aperte al pubblico.
La quarta ghiacciaia si trova a Vineuil Saint Firmin ed è aperta durante le Giornate Europee del Patrimonio.
