La torre del portico, imponente nelle sue proporzioni, rappresenta una potente fortezza quadrata, rifugio della popolazione. Le rare aperture di tiro si affacciano sulla valle a nord. La muratura è punteggiata da cordoni di pietra, utili gocciolatoi. La chiesa ha una bella pianta basilicale con transetto gotico e chevet a cinque lati. La fragilità del chevet contrasta sorprendentemente con la potenza della torre. Notevoli fonti battesimali medievali.
