I giardini sono stati creati solo di recente. Si tratta di una giovane collezione di piante locali note per le loro proprietà curative ma pericolose. Tradizionalmente, i nostri antenati le raccoglievano per curarsi. Gli Antonini utilizzavano un preparato composto da 14 piante, alcune delle quali si trovano nel giardino.
Il frutteto presenta un centinaio di varietà di meli, peri, viti e rose. Creato durante la ristrutturazione del complesso, ha lo scopo di conservare la memoria di molte specie divenute rare.
