Die Gärten wurden erst vor kurzem angelegt. Es handelt sich um eine junge Sammlung einheimischer Pflanzen, die für ihre heilende, aber gefährliche Wirkung bekannt sind. Traditionell wurden sie von unseren Vorfahren geerntet, um sich zu heilen. Gegen die Glutkrankheit verwendeten die Antoniter ein Präparat aus 14 Pflanzen, von denen einige im Garten zu finden sind.
Der Obstgarten zeigt etwa 100 verschiedene Sorten von Apfel- und Birnbäumen, Trauben und Rosen. Er wurde anlässlich der Renovierungsarbeiten des Komplexes angelegt und soll die Erinnerung an zahlreiche selten gewordene Arten bewahren.
