De tuinen zijn pas onlangs aangelegd. Het is een jonge verzameling lokale planten die bekend staan om hun geneeskrachtige maar gevaarlijke eigenschappen. Traditioneel oogstten onze voorouders ze om zichzelf te behandelen. De Antonijnen gebruikten een preparaat dat bestond uit 14 planten, waarvan er een aantal in de tuin te vinden zijn.
In de boomgaard staan ongeveer honderd soorten appel-, peren-, druiven- en rozenbomen. De boomgaard werd aangelegd tijdens de renovatie van het complex en heeft als doel de herinnering aan vele zeldzaam geworden soorten te bewaren.
