In questa grande brasserie contemporanea si può gustare una cucina familiare varia e abbondante. Con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. In uno spazio sovradimensionato, ma con un'atmosfera amichevole, apprezzerete questo locale in stile loft nel cuore del quartiere industriale di Iraty (in piena mutazione). È una vera alternativa agli indirizzi della costa. Orgogliosi dei valori gastronomici del paese, Thierry e Dominique vi accolgono con calore e lo chef utilizza prodotti locali e vi delizia con taglieri di prosciutto, formaggi da condividere, piatti del pescatore, insalate XXL, con ventrigli d'anatra, pomodori mozzarella, ecc. Chipirons del birrificio, scaloppine di vitello al prezzemolo, aiguillettes e altre entrecôtes o costine di manzo per grandi appetiti. Da segnalare anche i dessert del pasticcere "di casa".
