Il ristorante si trova nella fattoria di famiglia e ci impegniamo a far conoscere il nostro magnifico terroir attraverso i prodotti della nostra fattoria o di agricoltori locali accuratamente selezionati. Diamo un tocco moderno a questi prodotti cucinandoli in modo diverso dai piatti tradizionali del Périgord. Abbiamo anche un'ampia carta dei vini con oltre 250 vini biodinamici/naturali. Il tutto in un ambiente rurale.
