All'interno dell'Istituto Internazionale di Marionette, l'École Nationale Supérieure des Arts de la Marionnette (ESNAM) fornisce una formazione iniziale di alto livello attraverso un corso triennale di istruzione superiore e convalida il Diplôme National Supérieur Professionnel de Comédien, specializzato in attori-pupazzi (DNSPC).Questa scuola, accessibile tramite concorso, permette agli studenti di seguire l'insegnamento di artisti francesi e stranieri, con l'obiettivo di padroneggiare i fondamenti della marionetta contemporanea e di garantire lo sviluppo del linguaggio artistico di ciascuno.
