La Fermothèque offre due tipi di alloggio
In gite per bambini: bambini di 6 e 13 anni per un soggiorno in campagna, senza i genitori, durante le vacanze scolastiche (una settimana a luglio e tre ad agosto)
In una gite collettiva in completa autonomia per un massimo di 12 persone per un soggiorno in campagna! Se i due dormitori (4 letti a castello a due a due e 2 letti da 160) sono in yurta, il soggiorno con soppalco e zona relax, la cucina e i servizi igienici (4 docce e 2 bagni) sono in un edificio completamente ristrutturato. È disponibile un'ampia area esterna con mobili da giardino. Possibilità di animazioni in loco su richiesta (da concordare con il proprietario). Numerose attività sono possibili nei dintorni dell'alloggio: il CPA Lathus (arrampicata, speleologia, equitazione, kayak...). Montmorillon "Ville d'Art et d'Histoire" e Cité de l'Écrit si trovano a 15 km di distanza.
