Pigeonnier de Pouzay con al centro una quercia, classificata come uno dei 250 alberi notevoli di Francia.
Privilegio signorile abolito durante la Rivoluzione, la colombaia o fuie è un edificio rotondo o quadrato. Questa colombaia ha 2.700 nicchie o "boulin" e all'epoca poteva ospitare circa 5.000 piccioni. Questo allevamento intensivo ha prodotto anche un fertilizzante molto ricercato chiamato "colombina". Un cornicione chiaramente sporgente impediva a topi e donnole di arrampicarsi sui muri per entrare nell'edificio attraverso uno dei lucernari. Una scala verticale, sospesa a staffe attaccate a un palo centrale che ruotava sulla sua base, permetteva di accedere ai nidi. Nel corso del tempo, una quercia ha sostituito il tetto originale, conferendogli una silhouette insolita. Delle 5 piccionaie del comune di Béceleuf, 4 sono ancora in piedi, compresa quella di Pouzay, l'unica accessibile.
