Tutti i nostri prodotti sono realizzati nel nostro laboratorio di Vielle, con ingredienti di prima scelta. Ad esempio, utilizziamo vaniglia biologica del Madagascar, nocciole IGP del Piemonte e caffè tostato del Perù proveniente da una piccola torrefazione artigianale di Dax.
I nostri sorbetti surgelati sono al 100% a base di frutta e le nostre creazioni al cioccolato sono realizzate con cioccolato di pura origine.
