Tra oceano, lago, dune e foreste, il nostro gîte è situato in posizione ideale per scoprire la Costa delle Landes e le sue numerose ricchezze. Le vaste spiagge selvagge di Mimizan vi aspettano per momenti di ozio a soli 9 km. Il lago di Aureilhan, a 1,5 km di distanza, offre bagni sicuri e molteplici attività acquatiche: pedalò, canoe, pagaie, giochi per bambini... Ci sono molte attività per il tempo libero! La vicina pista ciclabile permette di muoversi facilmente all'aria aperta e in tutta sicurezza. Per quanto riguarda il bosco, si può passeggiare in tutta serenità, seguendo i sentieri segnalati. In una zona residenziale molto tranquilla, il nostro appartamento luminoso e funzionale vi offre anche tutti i comfort attuali e una decorazione pura e moderna: colori sobri e chiari, alcuni motivi grafici e tocchi di colore per rendere l'insieme dinamico.
