Questa croce nella piazza della chiesa è un perfetto capolavoro di scultura religiosa della fine del XV o dell'inizio del XVI secolo. Sul fusto sono raffigurate dodici scene della vita di Cristo (tre per lato). Agli angoli si trovano i dodici apostoli e, sopra di loro, i quattro evangelisti. La croce è bifronte: da un lato, la crocifissione sotto gli occhi di San Pietro e San Michele. Sul retro, la Madonna della Misericordia, tra Santa Maddalena e San Giovanni, presenta il corpo senza vita di suo figlio. Questo dipinto segna la fine del dramma.
