Quando si varca la porta di Les 3 Brasseurs, si vive un'esperienza di ristorazione unica. Il know-how della produzione di birra è evidente nelle decorazioni, nelle botti di birra, negli enormi tubi di rame e nelle attrezzature per la produzione di birra... L'obiettivo è quello di degustare birre prodotte sul posto nella più pura tradizione. Seguono la stagionalità, la tradizione delle regioni... E possono anche essere regalati!

La cucina è semplice, gustosa e generosa. Una menzione speciale va alle Poutine, un generoso piatto di patatine fritte, carne tritata, condita con formaggio cheddar e altri condimenti a scelta
Una cucina gourmet che ricorda le specialità della Francia settentrionale e orientale e delle Fiandre

Da consumare senza moderazione... tranne che per l'alcol!
