La fattoria Planterose si trova a Lourdios-Ichère, nella valle dell'Aspe. Alleviamo suini neri guasconi all'aria aperta, circondati da querce, castagni, prati e brughiere. Trasformiamo tutti i nostri prodotti (senza OGM, sale nitritato o altri input) in carne fresca, salumi e insaccati. Planterose offre anche passeggiate in compagnia delle nostre capre pirenaiche e delle nostre cavalle Calinka e Gandara. Il tutto sapientemente sorvegliato dal nostro cane Seberry e dalla montagna Layens.
