Der Hof Planterose befindet sich in Lourdios-Ichère im Aspe-Tal. Wir züchten schwarze Gascogne-Schweine in Freilandhaltung inmitten von Eichen, Kastanien, Wiesen und Heideflächen. Wir verarbeiten alle unsere Produkte (ohne GVO, Nitritpökelsalz und andere Produktionsmittel) zu Frischfleisch, Wurstwaren und Pökelfleisch. Planterose steht auch für Spaziergänge mit unseren Pyrenäenziegen und den Stuten Calinka und Gandara. Das Ganze wird von unserer Hündin Seberry und dem Berg Layens bewacht.
