L'enoteca si trova nel centro di Pau
Pauline, proveniente da una famiglia di viticoltori di Monein, e il suo socio Gauthier hanno unito in questo progetto le loro due passioni: i viaggi e il vino. Entrambi formati sul mondo e sulle specificità del vino, sono tornati a Pau dopo numerosi viaggi in Europa e nel mondo, con il desiderio di condividere le loro esperienze. Come enotecari indipendenti, propongono un menu essenzialmente dedicato ai vini di tutto il mondo. Ma Wine Wander è anche un'enoteca dove si può degustare una selezione di dodici vini diversi ogni mese, sia all'interno che sulla terrazza, gustando taglieri di salumi, formaggi o sottaceti di carote, barbabietole o zucchine. Grazie a un distributore di vino al bicchiere, è possibile degustare il vino prima di acquistarlo o berlo sul posto.
