Il Résidence du Bocage è un edificio moderno situato vicino al centro città ed è stato completamente rinnovato con toni caldi e brillanti. Con una capacità di 64 persone con le sue 28 camere, è una struttura particolarmente adatta a soggiorni turistici, sport manuali o corsi di scoperta. La diversità e la vicinanza delle infrastrutture comunali (sale riunioni e luoghi di intrattenimento, stadi, parchi) contribuiscono al buon funzionamento dei soggiorni e facilitano la realizzazione di attività varie, originali e complementari. Ogni camera è dotata di due o quattro letti individuali, singoli o a castello, armadietti e servizi igienici privati (doccia, lavabo e WC). I piumini sono forniti, tranne gli asciugamani. Due camere sono riservate alle persone a mobilità ridotta.
