A Copel, dopo il negozio di alimentari - cantina, apertura del Wine & Tapas Bar! L'enoteca si trova in una delle case più belle del paese, una certosa risalente alla metà del XIX secolo, durante il II Impero.
Il menu mette in risalto i prodotti locali e altri sapori originali, grazie a una scelta eclettica di antipasti, taglieri e dessert, e offre l'intera gamma della cantina, una superba selezione di vini francesi ed europei, tra cui la gamma completa dei vini di Xavier Copel.
