Bei Copel wird nach dem Lebensmittelgeschäft und dem Weinkeller nun auch die Wein- und Tapas-Bar eröffnet! Die Weinbar befindet sich in einem der schönsten Häuser des Dorfes, einem Kartäuserkloster aus der Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts, der Epoche des Zweiten Kaiserreichs.
Die Speisekarte hebt regionale Produkte und andere originelle Geschmacksrichtungen hervor, dank einer eklektischen Auswahl an Vorspeisen, Platten und Desserts, und bietet das gesamte Angebot des Weinkellers, eine großartige Auswahl an französischen und europäischen Weinen, darunter die gesamte Palette der Weine von Xavier Copel.
