Situata lungo il fiume Sèvre Niortaise, vicino al centro città, "La Belle Etoile" vi propone di scoprire l'alleanza tra Bistronomia e Gastronomia (piatti fatti in casa), vicino alla natura e al prodotto per garantirvi l'essenziale nel piatto come nel bicchiere. In collaborazione con Uber Eats, La Belle Etoile effettua consegne in ufficio o in salotto.
Da maggio 2018, lo stabilimento è investito nell'operazione "Mon resto engagé" il cui obiettivo è combattere lo spreco alimentare con vari mezzi sia nell'organizzazione che nell'utilizzo dei prodotti.
