Il locale è stato aperto nel luglio 2021 da Marty, Esteban e Bastien con l'idea di trasformarlo in un luogo dove le persone possano vivere insieme e godere della reciproca compagnia, con l'obiettivo di mettere al centro del progetto i prodotti locali. I prodotti principali sono le carni (manzo, vitello, agnello, maiale, ecc.). La carne viene grigliata su un barbecue in stile Kamado.
Vengono organizzati regolarmente concerti e serate a tema.
