Il comune di Saint-Hilaire-les-Places, con il sostegno della Camera dell'Agricoltura dell'Haute-Vienne, è impegnato a promuovere i canali di distribuzione corti offrendo alimenti sani e locali sotto forma di distributori automatici "Casiers Paysans".
Questi offrono il 100% di prodotti freschi locali e di stagione ai residenti del comune, dei comuni limitrofi e ai turisti in visita. Si possono trovare bevande self-service, salumi, marmellate e miele, conserve, dolci, formaggi, frutta e verdura, piatti pronti, carne (manzo, maiale, pollame), ecc.
L'obiettivo dei Casiers Paysans è quello di rafforzare il legame tra produttori locali e consumatori, promuovendo il lavoro dei nostri agricoltori e contribuendo a rilanciare l'economia rurale.
La prenotazione è completamente gratuita. Si paga direttamente al distributore.
