Sua Bontà nasce nel 2014 dal desiderio di tre amici di cambiare la propria vita.
Per la location hanno pensato al loro luogo preferito: i Paesi Baschi!
Il loro obiettivo è quello di far conoscere la gastronomia italiana con particolare attenzione al vero gelato italiano, prodotto secondo la tradizione originale dei maestri gelatieri italiani. Il nostro gelato sarà la regina di tutti i gelati? Sua maestà il gelato, quello buono! Sua Bontà? Gelato.
A marzo 2018, la GELATERIA si evolve per includere piatti italiani a pranzo, SUA BONTA diventa GELATERIA CON CUCINA. Ogni giorno vengono cucinati prodotti freschi per offrire un menu ricco di freschi sapori italiani.
