Sua Bontà is in 2014 ontstaan uit de wens van drie vrienden om hun leven te veranderen.
Voor de locatie dachten ze aan hun favoriete plek: Baskenland!
Hun doel is Italiaanse gastronomie te introduceren met de nadruk op echt Italiaans ijs, geproduceerd volgens de oorspronkelijke traditie van Italiaanse meesterijsmakers. Ons ijs wordt de koningin van alle ijsjes? Hare Majesteit het ijs, de goede! Sua Bontà ? ijs.
In maart 2018 evolueert de GELATERIA met elke middag Italiaanse gerechten, SUA BONTA wordt GELATERIA CON CUCINA. Elke dag worden verse producten gekookt om een menu vol verse Italiaanse smaken aan te bieden.
